Topic: The Basics: Lighten Up! Creating a Playful, Passionate, Productive Workplace

The work environment can be extremely competitive, producing stress-related symptoms, absenteeism and rapid turnover. This seminar provides cooperative, teambuilding exercises that allow employees at all levels to connect to one another and experience the joy, satisfaction and productivity that come from being part of a team.

Participants get their creative juices flowing and learn ways to regenerate their spirit, as well as valuable tools to having more fun at work. Enthusiasm is contagious – why not spread it around?

Information about our speakers:

Linda Glazer has been facilitating seminars for 20 years on a range of topics from stress management to courses on humor and creativity. She has a Bachelors degree from the University of Massachusetts and a masters degree from Lesley University where she studied the connection of humor to health. She is also a certified laughter yoga leader and has trained with the Center for Nonviolent Communication.
