The Alphabet Soup of Consumer Directed Health Care

Employers today are faced with the continued challenge of maintaining comprehensive employee benefits at a reasonable cost. An overwhelming majority of employers are shifting a large portion of the annual rate increase over to employee in the form of the following:

  • Increased payroll deductions

  • Tiered prescription plans

  • Higher deductibles

At the same time, many employers have expressed interest in options related to consumer directed health care options. However, these plans have been met with great confusion and ever changing rules for employers and their insured employees. In this seminar attendees will learn the following:
