Topic: “Working A Room”: Evaluating Your Networking R.O.I.
Are you afraid of getting “fired” at home because you’re never there? Do you feel you are randomly networking and spending too much time, yielding uncertain results? Do you wonder what you are missing by not going to a meeting or event? Do you have trouble saying “no” to commitments? If you answered yes to any of these questions you will benefit from evaluating the return on your investment of time and energy spent networking.
This presentation will provide you with tools necessary to analyze whether or not to attend an event, join an organization, or make a one-on-one contact. You will leave the session with greater knowledge of how to balance your personal and professional commitments and how to maximize your time spent attending meetings and events.
In addition, you will receive a guide entitled: “How to Work A Room”; a brochure titled “12 Ways to Remember Names”, and be entered into a drawing to win the book: The Networking Survival Guide, by: Diane Darling.
