Topic: Attitude Go Figure!
Get an Attitude Putting the BOUNCE in Bounce Back

Resiliency Training for Individuals and Groups
Good things happen!!! Bad things happen!!! Have you ever just had a bad hair day? Success in life isn’t dependent upon what happens to you. It depends upon how you react to what happens to you.
Your attitude is a choice that you make every day. Your success or failure is just as much determined by your attitude as by your aptitude. How you think, your attitude, is the paintbrush that colors your world. At times, life may rot, but that doesn’t mean you have to stink up the place!!!
This 90 minute session is focused on helping individuals and organizations develop strategies for “bouncing back” in the face of adversity. Six principals of attitude management and resiliency will be discussed and taught using stories, games, and activities. Mike is no different from the rest of us. He’s struggled in school, been cut from the team, lost in love, dealt with death of a loved one, and experienced great success through the application of these attitude management techniques.
It doesn’t matter the size of the problem. What’s important is the direction you’re headed. When life happens and we don’t know what to do. Mike says “Bounce Back!!!”

Comments from past attendees
I didn’t think I’d get much out of it (the workshop) I’m getting burned out with all the workshops I’ve attended over the years. But this workshop deeply affected me and I know I’ll remember the teachings. I’m inspired! — Weston, MA
This was an excellent presentation - and very well timed. My son was having a bad time last night, an attitude problem. I know he and I both benefited from this A.M. — Hooksett, NH
