Topic: What is your Human ROI-Quotient? Assessing and Investing in the Right Human Capital

It is always important to keep the Organizational Landscape of your company or group well within close eye-sight -- and an even tighter focus on the human capital element.

Every organization hopes to pride itself with smart investments: Clearly this goes beyond dollars, it is the human capital investment, as well. Do you have the right people and are they in the right places? And how will you know that these are the right choices? What are the metrics for success?

Another consideration: How does your organization rate against what is considered the “Ideal Organizational Human Capital Landscape” -- and are you getting a turn on the investment you make in your most important resource: the human kind!?

This program is grounded in a review of a proven HR Benchmarking Study that was originally developed by Mark Oswald who served as a VP for HR for many years at PepsiCo. The intent was to be as effective and efficient with all of its resources as possible! You will have a chance to compare the 12 Critical Components for HR Excellence to where your organization stacks up -- and where to invest next!

Topics to be covered :

- What’s the “ideal” landscape for your organization?

- Does size matter?

- Where does the $$$ go?

- What drives the organization: sales? marketing? finance? operations?

- Oh, that compliance headache!

- Who to choose: And how to optimize performance: Assessment, training, leadership dev, coaching, mentoring, retention
